No.  We are not a recruitment agency and we do not do the job seeking for you.  We empower you with the tools, resources, confidence, and knowledge that you need to be proactive and effective in your job search approach. 

We are not a tick and flick process here and do not use personality tests for that reason. We use a holistic approach. It will be done via Zoom online and 60 minutes with a pre session questionnaire to maximise your time. The outcome will have you knowing your ideal role, industry, right boss, culture fit, salary, size of business and what YOU need in your next move.

No not just anyone. We work with people who are ready for change, open to different strategies and have a growth mindset. It is important that you are a good fit for what we do here and that you also feel we are the right team to help you get results.

Our Careers Coaches can identify if further study/qualifications are required for you to achieve your career goals or if your acquired previous experience is substantial enough to be competitive in your applications.  Often, we identify at this stage that a lack of confidence and belief can be standing in the way and it’s not always the piece of paper from a university that you really need to get where you want to go.

We cater a package to your individual needs, we recommend jumping on a free 20-minute session to talk about what you want and work out how we can best support you. You can book here via our online calendar.

We make payments via our secure payment gateway, Stripe. We use Mastercard, Visa, American Express or PayPal. Your card details are not kept on file, and we also offer Payin4, AfterPay and Zip Money for payment plans. Once payment is made, you will immediately get a receipt, welcome email and calendar booking link to book your first session! 48 hours later, you will receive FULL LIFETIME ACCESS to the Career Accelerator Portal.

That is why you have lifetime access to the tools, coaching in the group lifetime. You can ask questions and we can support you until you find this role! However, if you want further 1:1 coaching outside of your included sessions, we can help further.  Ask your consultant or coach for more info.

Our Head Office is based on the Sunshine Coast Australia, but our team work via phone and Zoom to allow us to serve people right across Australia and New Zealand.
