You will receive clear options, agreed inclusions and transparent session pricing before the partnership begins.
Most employees can book a session within two to three business days, with urgent needs triaged sooner when possible. We offer phone and video nationally, and in person by location. If a situation is critical we will guide you to the right emergency pathway, as EAP services in Australia are not an emergency service.
Confidential sessions for employees and leaders, manager consults, critical incident support by arrangement, and anonymised usage reporting are core inclusions.
